When I receive my 90ml refill bottle of TM Alien I message you to say the lid was broken. I haven’t received a reply and because of this I have deducted a star. Also I’m not sure if the product is 100% real.
Update: so when I did receive a reply this is what was sent back "Hi xxxx, glad we could get this issue sorted for you. I can assure you all our fragrance is 100% genuine. Thanks, Perfume Direct"
As you can see the only matter that was address was the authentication of the product. It would’ve been nice if a replacement lid would’ve been sent
