Can i please be advised as to where my parcel is as it has not been delivered. I am aware deliveries are slightly longer due to the Coronavirus outbreak, however it is now exceeding 7 days and has caused me stress due to the aftershave being a present for my son’s birthday which was 4 days ago.

Hi Adam, looking at your tracking information, it looks like Royal Mail tried to deliver your parcel on the 27th April. If you track your parcel at https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item then you can organise a redelivery. Hope this helps!
