Hi Sophie,
Just looking at your order and we're very disappointed to receive a 1 star review after shipping your order on time to the address stated. It seems there were a number of failed delivery attempts at 2 different addresses but nobody was home to receive the items. You can use the card Royal Mail have left in your post box to collect your item from your local collection point.
