Flew to Reno to bowl Women's National Championship. I was more nervous than Bogart. He made friends with participants and was voted "team mascot". Bogart had his picture taken with his teammates. Exhausted of course after traveling, entertaining the women's teams, looking cute so he would get gifts....... but....... at the end of the trip it was bath time!!!!! For the most part I was happy with the product - it was easy to put together and I liked having the metal bolts. However, I'm transporting animals overseas, and on the first leg of the journey, the handle broke, which is very frustrating to deal with on the remaining leg, and renders it somewhat useless for me in the future. I'm a bit disappointed, I think in addition to the gate/door, the handle should be one of the strongest parts of the product. A piece of the plastic just snapped right off. I'm in the middle of my travels now, so am crossing my fingers that the rest of the journey won't be to tedious.

Bessie, my 8 month old Kooikerhondje traveler with me to Sweden. Our trip included a tour of the “Crystal Kingdom”. Other attractions of visiting Norrköping and Vimmerby en route to Kalmar were included. The glass works, churches and moose parks were balanced with local hikes and wild blueberries. We headed north to Örebro- complete with another castle then to our destination of Sälen, Sweden for “Kooiker Camp”. Spending 5 days hiking and learning valuable dog skills with interactive play with agility, rally and obedience was terrific. Our final 3 days were spent in Sundvall for the National Agility Championship where we cheered for our fellow Kooikers. Finally back to Arlandau airport for our trip home to Chicago. We can’t wait til next year!
