We have been owning Dogo Argentino for over 16 years. Our goal is to preserve and improve the standard, health, and temperament of the Dogo Argentino breed.

Having never traveled in the air with a pet, I have relied heavily on the expertise of the wonderful staff at PetTravel! All my questions and concerns were answered efficiently and in a very timely manner.

Having a group dedicated to supporting pet owners as we travel is of great importance, and I highly value the PetTravel team!

The Pet Passport we purchased saved us many a heartache as it allowed my service dog, Boo, into the places we'd travelled to Europe to see like La Sagrada Familia and the Vatican Museums. It even allowed us to take the Bernina Express bus and train tour through Switzerland. But, there was one time, it actually helped my husband and I. We'd left the cruise ship on a tour in Venice believing all that was required of us to return was our "Sea Pass" ship IDs. However, at the end of the day when we returned to the ship we encountered Italian security that wanted to see our passports. Horrified, I replied that our passports were in the safe on the ship because we'd been informed we didn't need them. Noting Boo, security asked if we had a pet passport for her. I whipped out her pet passport. Security checked the picture, the numbers on her tags, checked our names as owners against the ship IDs and then said to Boo: "Will you verify for these people?" We all had a good laugh, and thankfully the three of us re-boarded the ship.

The trip was seamless thanks to PetTravelStore.com. Pups were happy and content thanks to the smooth experience passing through the gate.

After our stretched limousine trip to Boston, Logan, our check in went smoothly with our Pet Passport. Although we submitted our documentation for Tasha to fly on Delta with a service dog, they did ask to see her "paperwork" Airline personal were impressed with our pet passport that contained everything they needed. Even TSA made positive comments when we presented them with Tasha's passport.

Once we arrived at Guest check-in and escorted to Club Concierge, the passport reassured cast members that she was legitimate. Tasha was well behaved, alerted as medical issues developed and was loved and admired by all she met.

Delta's website did not offer much help with what was needed for documentation, we found Pet Travel Store's Delta Airline Pet Policies information extremely helpful. Once we had everything in place we submitted everything to Delta.

Your leather Pet Passport case shows just how much we cared about Tasha and that we went the extra mile in being prepared for our flights. Tasha was allowed to simply pass through TSA, while I on the other hand had to be completely searched.

Although we were at Disney for business, Tasha certainly had a magical experience meeting all of the princesses at Cinderella's Royal Table.
