All went well - ordering was easy and the two pet crates and accessories arrived quickly.

I live in Alexandria, VA and have now led 3 international rescue missions for American Brittany Rescue- one to Greece and two to Spain, bringing back 15 Brittanys so far to the U.S. Our additional volunteers on the west coast have had 2 missions to Greece and rescued another 15 Brittanys. After living in the USA for 10 years my marriage went bad. Due to the escalating violence I had to leave in the middle of the night in just the clothes I stood up in. Dook has been my constant companion since I adopted him from the Humane Society in 2009. He is an old dog - 15 years old and I could not even take him with me as I had nowhere to go. I spent 3 days in a Motel before, due to the generosity of my BFF I was able to fly back to the UK. I arrived back here with nothing and stayed with her. Within a week I had a job. Within a month I was able to rent my own place. But my mind was always of getting Dook here. I scrimped and save every penny to be able to get him here.
Meanwhile my ex had thrown Dook out in the yard as he was pining, whining etc. He was sheltering under the travel trailer from the 100 degree heat and not doing so well.
With the help of friends I was able to start the process of bring him here to the UK. One friend took him from the yard. Another friend took him in and took him for all his vet visits to prepare him for travel. He had lost 12lbs in weight but was well enough to travel. Another friend did a 700 mile round trip twice to get his health certificates endorsed, got everything needed to transport Dook, collected him, did another 350 mile trip to get the paperwork endorsed, then another 100 miles to the airport, stayed the night in a hotel with him and then took him to the airport for transport to the UK.
Once Dook arrived at Heathrow I had to organise for him to be transported to me here in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Then disaster struck.... He was refused entry at Heathrow because the vet had written his microchip number down wrong by one digit! Dook now had to go into quarantine for 21 days. Luckily, the only quarantine kennels in Northern Ireland was able to take him so he arrived there to 'do his time'. By the time he got there he had been travelling for almost 4 days. I was getting worried about him with him being so old. I went to see him but he was very subdued.
Thanks to a lot of wrangling and discussion between me, DEFRA and the quarantine kennels I was able to take him to his new house 4 days later.
When we went to pick him up he was overjoyed, as you can see in the video.
He is enjoying his new home and being with his mummy again. We live 200 yards from the beach and 500 yards from the woods. He goes for walks 4-5 times a day and everything is new for him. He has a whole new lease of life.
The only issue I have now is that, as a result of everything that's gone on he has separation anxiety. In the hour between me going to work yesterday and my friend going to sit with him, he jumped out of the window and took off looking for me. He was picked up by someone thankfully and taken to the shelter and I was able to get him back within the hour. So now the anxiety is something we will need to start working on.
Dook is the most awesome dog I have ever been owned by. He has overcome so much and is still a joy to be with. As I write, he is lying in his new bed, at my feet, sleeping like a baby.
Love you Dook - leaving you behind was never an option - it just took us all a while to sort out.

One day while visiting my father in Mexico this past May, he showed up with a chihuahua puppy for my daughter. She had been asking for a pet for nine out of her ten years. I was not happy about it because we live in Spain so the taught of preparing all the paperwork plus the cost for this new pet was not in my plans. Brought my chihuahua all the way from Singapore to United States. Yeah!

We ordered the TSA harness and leash set to take our cats from Massachusetts to Mexico. The harness and leash were easy to put in the cats and we felt were very safe and secure. The cats did well considering they never had a vest or harness on and only traveling they did was short trip to vet. They never tried to escape and on layover they did come out of carrier and we walked them with the vest and leash. The cats were in the vest for about 15 hours total and never meowed or cried in discomfort. We would definitely recommend this product.

My experience was that every was for easy to order, parcel could be tracked from start to finish and all the products were really excellent and unique items that I could not get in a local pet store or from any online stores. So it was great to be able to find them even though they had to travel from so far. Thanks to everyone involved.

staff on the phone is very knowledgeable and accompdating. Wish the return policy for the crate is more practical, as the returning cost is more than the crate's cost itself. It takes a lot of trust to order without seeing, and knowing that returning is not a practical option. Website can use a little beautification and user experience planning. Traveling to Canada was interesting. Of course, the laws there are different than in the US. We were challenged everywhere we went. Even the dormitory that we stayed at asked for proof. Know before you go! Be prepared!

Traveling to Georgia for my dog was fun and easy!

Curaçao was beautiful. I went there once before as a child but it was my first time as a Para-Karate Athlete. I was hit by a Car in 2010 (while on the sidewalk,) that left me with a Traumatic Brain Injury, eventually leading to a full on left sided Stroke a year later. Because I was active prior to the MVA my muscles have been able to recover a fair amount of what they lost. While in Curaçao I was able to meet other Para-Karate Athletes similar to myself. Some with Visual Impairments, some with Intellectual Impairments, some physical Impairment. The Tournament was offered by the WKF/PKF and it's offered every year. This was the first time they were adding Para-Karate Divisions. We were all VERRY excited to be included. While in Curaçao the people were warm and welcoming. The hotel staff were friendly. The atmosphere was nice, everything was beautiful.... the beaches were clean and the sand and water was refreshing. When visiting the town the shop keepers were polite. If I wanted/needed help in English then they would speak in English. Never once was I told to leave because I had Georgia with me. I was not refused anywhere because I had Georgia with me. Once the Pan American Karate Championship started all the fun and games ended.... We began to Practice as a Team focusing on our Katas or Kumite (it depended on our division.). I am Kata. We were able, encouraged to cheer our team mates on. As when my Division was up they would encourage me on
