Was very impressed with how much Pet Travel Store prepared me for flying my pet through Delta Cargo. With all of the regulations about metal hardware, pet dishes, paperwork, etc., this website and this crate in particular made it so easy. It was so simple to add metal hardware and a document pouch onto my order, and the dishes came with it automatically. It was great construction and very simple to put together. It was a very stressful move, and finding this website and this crate made it so much easier. My kitty made it easily and safely from Michigan to Texas! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone I knew flying an animal. Told everyone at my vet about . Thank you!

Good and easy to detach the bowl from the mount. Can be improved to come with an optional lid so foods can be covered to avoid the smell in the car. If it designs a rim that can prevent water spill when driving that will be perfect.

This is excellent info and support. The process to bring a dog to the U.K. is cumbersome and this helped streamline the process a bit. It would be better if the instructions were more succinct and took you right to the point of boarding. It was remarkable that 15 people in front of me at the USDA had errors on their forms. I had errors as well, but not any that required me to go back to my vet. So with that being said, step-by-step instructions (again, more succinctly written), of how to fill out the forms and what they mean by certain phrases and sections would help tremendously. Still worth it though!

It is a great idea for pets who travel! The service from this company is fantastic. Regarding the passport - I would prefer the cover of the passport to be heavier stock cardboard (much like a real passport). I would also like to see the font changed from a fancy script to more official looking one. Maybe add one section for Medical Records and another for Vaccinations. My dog lived to be 17 years old, so I would have preferred more pages!

Although Jerry was very helpful and tried to help, the information regarding import requirements dogs and the state vet contact details were not correct. As that was the only reason I purchased the passport, it was a total waste of money.
