Hello. This product was easy to use, and was pretty straight forward, requiring little effort to insert batteries, etc.. Actually was glad I had it, even though the authorities just waved us through at the airport and it turns out we didn't have to use it for what it was intended for. However, will rent again when we get ready to leave this country.

Travel to Spain often and have been bring our Maltese with us. This is a must have item to get into the country.

excellent documents. Have flow to Europe before with our dog and these documents are a must.

You can do better by making the pages with glossy paper, the front and back cover more thicker and waterproof. Good Job.

Although the people at this place seem really nice, I have to say that this product is really, really cheap. It's like something you can make at Kinkos for $2. It's made of a flimsy paper that was already bent on both corners by the time it arrived.

Besides that, I purchased it so I could document all the vaccination records for my dog. With only 6 spaces it really doesn't help much. If the useless pages of "Travel Tips" and "Glossary of Terms" were taken out and replaced by actual useful pages then maybe I would have used it despite it's cheapness. I ended up throwing it away and only received a refund for half the cost to cover the "free" paperwork they included with the purchase.

The only positive I could say is that the font and space for writing is really, REALLY big. Like for kindergarteners learning to write big. So maybe older people who have a hard time seeing small font might benefit from this? Still, I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone especially at the price compared to the quality.

We regret this reviewer's disappointment but must disagree with their comments. This product is a terrific value for the money. The cost of $25.00 is offset by the inclusion of a FREE per passport package for any country in the world. These packages normally cost from $12.50 to $27.50. This product, in fact, costs more to produce, especially when considering the packaging and cost of shipping which we include free of charge within the US), than we net on this product.

It is very labor intensive to produce. It is personalized to your pet, provides proof of ownership and contains all of the essential information about your pet's medical history. Since each one is custom made, the staff spends a good deal of time making sure that the information provided by the customer is accurate.

It is light weight, a bit smaller than we thought so had to return for the LARGE. The folding, mesh, and "petting slot" are great.

We looked in both local pet stores for a harness and leash without metal but couldn't find either. When this set arrived we found that the harness was a bit larger than we expected based on the recommended measurements of our cat. We returned it for a smaller size and are delighted with the product. It is secure and the cat seemed reasonably comfortable in it once she got used to it.

I tried 3 kind of kennel water bottle in 3 different store and none was fine, they licked, or they were defected, finally i found the right water kennel bottle for my dogs. soon i'm going to purchase another one! Great!

Communication was great, they didn't have the correct color I wanted in store but did give me the option to either wait or ship another color, wanted speed over color. Item arrived quick, its solid construction and the cat does like it. I had one small issue that was putting in the support poles at the top, was a little tight and hard to get in but did manage it. Great item and exactly what we wanted quit happy with product.

I like the items, though I wish they had been a little bigger. They will serve the purpose, only issue I have is with the clips for securing to pet carrier, no such spots exists on the pet carrier I purchased will have to work something out myself.

While my cat and I have yet to leave for Panama, the information I received needed to allow him into the country seems more than complete per my research. My vet recommended Pettravel since she has had continued success with them for the travel needs of other patients. Fingers crossed!

It was my first international air travel with a cat and was worried as each aircraft has different under-seat dimensions. I used United Airline with partly code share with Brussels Airlines and the SMALL carrier fit fine under three different types of aircraft. Even if it kind of sticks out in the smallest flight, flight attendant did not really care much. When securing a space in cabin for a pet, ensure that the carrier meets the dimension requirement of airline company. I guess that this carrier may be fine for most of the airlines. My cat seems to like the carrier (it helps to be a cat who likes to be under small space anyway). Nice to have screens that ensure air flow as well as to check she is ok. It is nice to have the chain to connect her to the carrier to make sure she won't escape during the travel as well. One of the wire came out during the travel and was hard to put it back in the slot but it kept shape without it so it was fine.

Excellent product! Reordered for the 3rd time. Easy to implant, no complications. Good for shipping pets overseas. Truly recommend.

We love the pet passport and can't wait to use it again (two years hence) when kitty is tentatively scheduled to fly to Paris, France and Austra.
