Very hepful item: the instructions are clear, the forms are complete and all-inclusive and the delivery (by mail) very quick and punctual.

No one wants to see their animals them or their animals turned away once you land in a foreign country. My vet said they knew what needed to be done and they didn't. They would have caused me to fly without USDA certification and problems at the USDA office but because I had my form and instructions, I got it done the right way. GET THIS Package, Its well worth the money spent and your piece of mind!!

I received this microchip in the mail 3 days after ordering it - great service. The chip comes in a plunger if you want to DIY. My vet charges $10 so I take the dog to the vet for this procedure and get a rabies vaccine on the same visit. Datamars 15 digit ISO microchip is the way to go for international travel regulations. I suggest you register the microchip with Datamars or AKC CAR program.

It is a great idea, but when I brought the documents to the vet, the page where the vet needed to sign & stamp was missing. We had to contact the canadian government and have them send us the correct forms to the vet.

I recently ordered the Pet Passport for my dog to go out of the country and can't tell you how much I appreciate all of the forms being there so I don't have to guess and wonder what to purchase. It's my first time traveling aboard with my dog so the Pet Travel Store makes the process less stressful. Also, it would be a horrible thing to get over to another country and not have the right documentation, only to be turned away.

Also, I emailed a few of the customer service personnel and they are very prompt, courteous, and informative with their replies.

Looked adorable on my pup & inspection went smoothly

I ordered for my husband's dog for travel from Canada to the UK and everything was there. I have since ordered for my son to travel from England to Canada with his dog.

I'm impressed with this product... The customer service is outstanding... I would recommend it my friends.

You can have your vet write a letter to replace these forms. The form was not required at the airport.

My daughter's cats fell between sizes; chest measurement 16" for one cat, 16 1/2 " for the other. I played it safe by buying both medium and large harnesses after both cats easily got out of the large ones. The smaller cat is the escape artist, but it was with great surprise that I found out from my daughter than the larger cat somehow wriggled out of her harness, and by pawing at the zippers of the Sturdibag carrier, actually escaped from the carrier just as the Lufthansa cabin attendants were serving breakfast carts blocking the aisle! There ensued a wild chase with well-meaning fellow passengers participating; the cabin attendants were unhappy with the chaos to say the least. Finally a man who obviously knows how to handle cats, captured Tati and with the help of her husband, my daughter wrestled the uncooperative cat into the carrier. I didn't put the TSA harness on the smaller cat because she so easily got out of it; I used a regular one I already had. I certainly would not recommend this product to anyone. It's nice having a harness with no metal parts, but it just wouldn't stay on my daughters' cats, especially on a 33 hour trip in four planes and three countries.

The TSA Fast Pass Harness was designed to be used for cats and dogs as a means to get through security at airports quickly and easily, and not meant to replace their regular collar and leash. It is not meant to be worn for 33 hours, and assume that a cat will not get out of it. It is up to the pets owner to check the fit prior to using, and, prior to taking the pet out of the carrier when going through airport check points. Always confirm that the harness is attached properly prior to removing a pet from its carrier.

At this time, there is no such thing as an escape proof harness on the market, and most companies that manufacture them have had issues with cats on an occasionally. Since cats have the ability to have a backwards wiggle movement that dogs do not have, they are able to work their way out of the harness. Many cats can do this with their own collar as well. Here are a few tips for using the TSA Fast Pass Harness correctly:

1) Ensure that you have a properly fitting harness. If it does not fit snuggly, do not use it.
2) Acclimate your pet to the harness prior to using it in a real life situation. Spend some time with them to make sure that they are comfortable with it, and does not want to wiggle out of it.
3) Always check the harness security prior to removing your pet from the carrier.
4) Use the harness only as a means of getting through security points, and not as a substitute for their regular collar.
5) If your cat has had issues with a harnesses in the past, or might be a little on the wild side, consider the TSA collar and leash instead.

The TSA Fast Pass is an excellent product, and works very well when the fit is proper, the cat has been acclimated, and the item is used as directed.

As for the Sturdibag. It is also an excellent product, and thousands of them have been sold to the pet-traveling public and professionals throughout the world, without incident, when used properly. The Sturdibag comes with a locking clasp for the zipper that should ALWAYS be used when a dog or cat is being transported. This clasp was designed to assure that the pet cannot open the zipper. When the clasp is removed, one risks escape, especially with a cat that is on the crafty side. A locking clasp should be used on ANY carrier that is used to transport a pet. If your carrier does not have one, a re-useable tie wrap or twist wrap should be used whenever a pet is inside. This will ensure the safety of the pet, the passengers and the crew. Proper acclimation should be provided with any carrier or crate prior to its use.

This product was so great! I am so pleased with the look of it. It made traveling easy and would definitely recommend! It looked so nice!

If your pet's microchip does not meet ISO microchip standards required in Europe, you must bring your own microchip reader with you. We became aware of this information only a few days before departure. I called Pettravelstore to ensure that we would receive the reader in a timely manner. Within two hours, my order was processed and shipped. Two days later, we received the reader. We initially opted to rent the reader and to return it afterwards but we decided to keep it since we plan future trips to Europe.

Flew from Germany to Canada. Matter of seconds getting the cat checked in thanks to the airline form. It was a breeze.

I just want to clarify that there is no Venezuelan passport for pets and the form you show as Venezuelan form, it is not correct, that form you are showing seems like an old 998 european form

Venezuela does require a veterinary certificate to be completed by a vet. We call the set of the forms and instructions a "pet passport." The passport package also includes instructions for the owner and the vet to follow. We make sure the instructions and the forms are correct and up to date so that entry into the country is as painless as possible. The picture is a generic photo of an older EU 998 form that we use for the pet passports.

My dog loves this carrier and like the other reviewer's dog, my dog loves to play in it and to go for rides in it at home. I've had this carrier since 2005 and have used it for travel numerous times. However, the carrier does not fit well under the aisle seat on AA.

The people at the airline counter were pleased with how prepared I was. Truthfully much of this stuff wasn't even required by the airline I was taking but I am glad I got the kit. Because in Pakistan the cargo people just tossed the cat crates with the rest of the luggage without considering there were kitties inside. I kid you not, the kitties came on the conveyer belt UNDER several x-large suitcases. The crates were cracked but, due to the hardware and ties, they didn't pop open or the kitties would have been squished.
