Great quality product, but the kennel was a lot bigger than we expected! It was bigger than American Airlines 300 series measurements, which were on the approved list for a regional airport. We would have liked more guidance that this kennel may run into problems with rejection. They did not accept 2 kennels this intermediate size on American Airlines out of Cedar Rapids Iowa.

I ordered 2 crates for my 2 cats that weighs 20-25 lbs instead they sent me a crate for for 30-50 lbs pets . im sure my order was clear to understand . im pretty sad abt it .

We are sorry that the crates you ordered were a bit large for your cats. We publish the internal dimensions on crates so owners can measure their cats prior to ordering. We did not see any reference to weights on your order but it is the dimensions of your cats that is important. What you can do is to contact your airlines to see if both your cats can fly in one crate if they get along.

Shiela - we regret that the calming chewables did not work with your furbaby. Reactions are different with different dogs and cats which is why we recommend trying the product out at home in a non-stressful environment before using on the road. Some dogs are more hyper than others and may not react to herbal ingredients.

This will enable me to keep everything together. The down size is that in some countries they require the Vet's letter head on the vaccination history. I would like to see a passport in which I could add such a document especially as my most of the paperwork is pre-typed. Keep up the great work. It does simplify things though.
