Great holster. I use it as a deep concealment shoulder holster when i am wearing a shirt and tie. Allows me to take my suit coat off, at will, with no noticability (i have the baige color, not the black, because i wear white shirts often). I am right handed, and wear it on my left side as a cross-draw (Critics, please save the safety lecture on cross-draw :). Comfort is high on the list for me as well as being confident that my weapon is not printing. This holster delivers on both. I did add a little extra padding to the back of the holster where my gun had some protruding pain points, but i would consider myself highly sensitive when it comes to comfortable carry. I really like this holster. Carrying 8 yrs.

Works as advertised. Holds the pistol close in for max concealment. My only gripe is that the pistol fits totally into the pocket which makes it slow to be presented.

I am a big girl, and when we go out to our property i like to gather pine sap to make my hand salve with. we recently saw bear and badger activity out there. My husband always gets after me for not taking my gun when i go foraging but i don't like how the weight pulls on my waistband. Sometimes i have my stretchy shorts on and i have never liked belts so that never works either, so i leave the gun behind. Since i saw this product on mammoth nation, i was intrigued and wanted to give it a try. It works great! It doesn't get in the way when i,m gathering, and it lays flat under my shirt. The band is so soft, i don't feel any pinching or tightness. This is the perfect holster for me!!

Excellent! I'm a small frame guy - 5'7"/150# - and this is the ONLY concealed carry rig that I've found (tried many) that really does conceal under almost any garment. This is my second order as the first is wearing out from continuous use over several years. Perfect for subcompact (G43/KelTec P-11/Glock 26/etc.) concealed carry.

Perfect fit and size. Very inconspicuous.

Its GREAT!! Love it.

Amazing holster, it’s the strap that really makes it comfortable to wear under the arm!! Solid stitching and really strong Velcro

Good quality construction and very comfortable. My only suggestion would be “the hold down strap is too short, make it longer with the ability the cut it down to fit any gun manufacturer”.

A very well made and comfortable holster. As the original description states, a quick draw holster it is not. Concealment is excellent! I have already recommended this holster to others as an excellent concealment item.

Perfect fit for my M&P 357 Sig

Super comfortable. i love the little bit of lace detail also!

it was too small it would not fit me

Great updated design and materials. This is my second PW and I LOVE them! Trust me, I've had all your big name holsters (Vedder, Bravo, Tenicor, Crossbreed, Phlster, Harry's, Concealment Express, Crazy Eyes, and more). I KEEP COMING BACK TO PISTOL WEAR!

PROS:
These are the most underrated belly band holsters on the market. They are super concealable and COMFORTABLE, I cannot say this enough. These are my go to, whatever I'm wearing. I no longer worry about a belt or larger/stretchy pants to fit a firearm.

I have a Crossbreed Modular band, and it just gets uncomfortable after a while. I also have a Strapt-Tec band, and that thing does not stretch to accommodate sitting.
These are not "quick draw" holsters, however, with practice you will get pretty good.
They allow for a very deep concealment. The entire firearm, including grip is in the pocket, allowing you to conceal very well. The grip does not pop out or print. There is a sewn in hard plastic? Piece protecting the outer firearm and making sure your trigger is protected.

CONS/SUGGESTIONS:
I would say these run on the small side, so if you have attachments on your firewarm, I'd buy a size up.
*Example: I bought this "Compact" size for a G23, but instead, I find it fits my G43x MOS W/red dot so much better.
I'll have to look into buying a bigger size for my G23 now.

Also, I wish the magnetic flap that folds over the firearm would be stretchable. This would accommodate more firearm sizes. For example, this would also allow you to use a smaller pouch size, which allows the grip of the firearm to protrude out of the pouch, allowing that fast draw. I mean, I'm looking into making that mod myself.

Another mod, this is not a con, I'm looking into is putting a hybrid kydex shell in there to allow for fast draw......think Crossbreed modular band "holster" inside this belly band pouch..........

Anyway, If you are looking for a belly band type, give these a try.

The Trump 2 is amazing - Pistol Wear (as a company) is amazing - I now have 3 Pistol Wear holsters and have recommended PW to friends and family !! Keep up the great work PW !!

Regarding the belt extension. I was please (but not surprised) to find it was designed and built with the same quality of the corresponding holster.

This is my second pistol wear holster. I originally had a PT2 for and SW Shield. I sold that gun and gave the holster with it and upgraded to a G19 with a TLR 1 light. I got the PT1 thinking it would work but the glock 19 is too big, even without the light. I use it to carry a Sig P365 xl. It fits it upright snuggly, anything bigger than the 365 xl and it probably wouldnt work. The PT 1 is hands down the best there is out there in terms of athletic holster, or for dudes who habitually wear jogging pants. Just make sure to check if it will fit the size of gun you carry.
Also, i put down that i was a right handed shooter when i got the PT1. I was a little surprised that the mag pouch is on the right side. It seems like it would make more sense for it to be on the left side, cause it would make more sense when you reload with the left hand as a right handed shooter. Either way its do-able. The mag pouch also works good to hold an extendable baton.

I am very satisfied-after ordering the new holster, I located the one I thought was lost. Worked out great because the shoulder strap on the old one is perfect for shoulder concealment. I used the length of the Ruger LCP 380 CA for the new holster and I discovered that the firearm sinks down flush with the top of the holster which makes it much less visible at my waistline. I am very satisfied.

I love it! its so comfortable I even used it to wear a cpl days to carry a heart monitor. The unit & wires tucked nicely into the holster & with that part on my back, I was even able to sleep with it 🤣. It fits both of my carry guns very well, too! I like the snaps option & it's true to size as well.

Excellent comfort. Lightweight. Perfect amount of elasticity in the waistband. Capable of positioning in front, on hip, or appendix. Adjustable waistband is a plus. Totally pleased with this purchase.
