I recently purchased some customized poker chips and was thoroughly impressed with the quality. There was a minor hiccup during the printing process, but the Team Leader was incredibly responsive. Not only did they acknowledge the oversight, but they promptly replaced the entire order without any complications. This kind of customer service truly stands out.
Because of their dedication to quality and their exemplary responsiveness, I’m already planning to order more chips. Highly recommend!

The chips themselves are great, but there should have been a quality check; the writing is jammed together and "puffy" that it is almost impossible to read...in fact half of it cant be read!
