I tried another custom chip printer first and they could not get the printing centered — these guys did FIRST TIME. Thank you!!

The end product is awesome. The order page is very deceitful in the sense that is says 3-5 days production, but it took a few weeks.

I ordered 100 custom chips as golf ball markers. The design and text feature was super easy to use and the chips came out perfect. The customer service was excellent too as they worked with me to get my order extra quick for a golf tournament I had. Couldn’t be happier! I will order from them again.

The chips themselves are fantastic. 5* Would probably buy again for chips. Their customer service and communication needs attention. Shortly after placing my order the same day, I received an email stating the chips are being shipped. That was clearly incorrect. Because of that correspondence, I had no way of tracking my order. I contacted customer service. They replied within a couple days telling me my order hadn’t been produced yet, but was in the queue and the chips would be mailed that same day after production. Unfortunately because of the erroneous shipping email I had already received, I would not be receiving another email about the shipment, and there was no way to track it.
Give yourself enough time for production and delivery. Do not go by their shipping times. The only part of the order that is expedited is the shipping, not the production.

Mike was AMAZING to work with! I was in a time crunch and he was able to get me my poker chips when I needed them. They were great quality and exactly what I was hoping for, for a networking event with branded logo chips. Thank you Mike!!!

I love the job you did and this will be a great “token” of appreciation to our local first responders at the annual local heroes golf event. They never get the recognition they deserve.
