I made a mistake when I ordered my chips, by not telling them to fill the text written on the chips. (The words were outlines, but not filled in the middle, so they didnt show up well.
I told them about MY mistake, and they instanlty fixed my error and sent out corrected chips for free.
Customer service is KEY, and these guys have AWESOME customer service.
