The end product is beautiful. The process was a pain. From the beginning, I couldn't complete the order process on their website. So I contacted support and was told that they had too much volume so I just needed to Wait till late at night to order. After a couple more failed attempts, I tried using Edge browser and the order went through immediately. The very next day I received a tracking number for a package that never shipped. After waiting 2 weeks, I reached out to support again. Finally ,4 days later, I was was given a valid tracking number and received the chips 3 days after that. If the product was not as good as it is, I would not consider ordering form this company again.

No communication with the company despite numerous emails sent to company. There is not other way to communicate with the company other than email and their text system. They Delivered the product LONG AFTER the time they said it would be delivered. The product was no longer needed by the time it arrived. I would not order from this company EVER. Requested refund and have not received a response.

Very happy with the finished product. Turnaround time from order placement to shipment to delivery was as advertised. Will order more poker chips in the future.

Pretty sure my order was forgotten until I reached out to the company asking where it was. Other than that, the quality was great and my students will enjoy them for their Casino Theme Prom.
