I just received my Custom Poker Chips and they are amazing. That is a simple statement for a process that was not extremely simple.
Let me start by saying, I made it difficult for myself, but Becca and Will D. helped out tremendously.
I was worried about the design, after reviewing the chip design I submitted, so I reached out to customer service. Becca replied to me within a day and got my design reviewed by one of the design engineers, Will. He quickly gave me some feedback to improve my design, I implemented the change and he made a .pdf proof for me within hours for review.

The Poker Depot did a fantastic job using the "on-line" design feature and producing the poker chip. Though the manufacturing or production took longer than noted, and the team said they would include a few "extra" chips in the order, which they did NOT, the coin was received in good order and our riders are overall very happy with the chip and design. We will be back for future chips; with the hopes it will not take as long to manufacture next time.
