I chose presto doctor because I was confused by the renewal process and because the website listed the price starring at $69 or something. I wanted someone who knew the process to do the work for me. That's what I was willing to pay for. Instead the price started at $99 for the drs appt and then another $50 which I assumed was to do the paperwork. Instead I was sent some emails outlining how I was still going to have to go to that very same confusing website and I still had to do the application. 3 days later and another $75 (the instruction email said it was going to be 100) I still don't know whether my application was accepted. But I got a confusing CA card that I can't use without a CA license. No one told me that was coming so I assumed that was my card. I called my dispensary and they said I couldn't use it without a CA license so I was distressed. My contact Alex was very nice and explained what was going on but most of my frustration could have been avoided by stating up front what the process was, what to expect, and a clear idea of what I was paying for. Ultimately I ended up paying the same amount as I would have had I done everything myself - which I did. ..And at this point I don't know if everything was done correctly. The drs appt and Alex were great. If I end up with a card that is valid then fine. But at this point 3 days later I'm still waiting.

I have referred so many people to PrestoDoctor for their medical cannabis cards. The doctor I have had two appointments with is so friendly and supportive. He is helpful in making product recommendations and listening to any concerns or questions. There's nothing more convenient than a video conference from your own home when you're a busy working mom.
