I am Luis's daughter. My name is Margarita and I was present at the appointment since my father is a non-english speaker. My dad's doctor was very informative and addressed all of our concerns. She gave us a sense of direction regarding my dad's care.I appreciated her concern, patience, and professionalism. She scores five out of five stars.

I got a Nevada Card, I would say -- do your research prior. Its not as easy as the California recommendation. If you can get a Cali one, you should. Being a Nevada Patient, I was unlucky enough to receive that extra additional information after finalizing my chat with doctor and all. I felt frustrated as I inquired with LiveChat on numerous occasions asking many many questions, about the fees, and steps associated for a Nevada Medical Marijuana Card as I've never applied for one - and not once did anyone inform me, it'd be another $100 (entirely separate from what I paid to presto doctor) because this was to the State of Nevada in order for them to process my application.
I will say that the appointment with the actual doctor was super easy, fast, and convenient. (Thats the only part that went as smooth as I expected, thank goodness for that)
Also, doctor was quick to return my Physicians Form needed for the State of Nevada...so appreciative of that.

I am so very happy I was fortunate enough to find such an outstanding group of healthcare professionals. Dr. Nguyen was extremely polite, respectful, and above all, knowledgeable about the benefits that a medical marijuana prescription can bring to the patient. Beyond that, I got the impression that the good doctor was very interested medicinal marijuana's ability to reduce addiction to opiates and associated risks, a consideration I applaud.
From a technical standpoint, I found the website to be easy to navigate and everything worked just as it was supposed to, a real feat with technology sometimes.
I never left the comfort of my favorite chair to make and attend the appointment, hassle free and I scheduled my appointment for the next day tho I could have scheduled an appointment the same day!
I could not give a stronger recommendation, money well spent!
