My doctor was serisously the nicest guy in the world.
He thanked me right off the bat for taking the time for the appointment. Which is so nice. Then he was so great about hearing my concerns and problems and was really reassuring. This was the easiest and most comfortable experience I have ever had!!!!!

There is still service with empathy.
I put off making the appointment for months, in spite of enthusiastic recommendations by caring friends. Chronic pain makes it difficult to tolerate unacceptable service, and I simply wasn't ready for a typical, generally unsatisfying experience when asking for help. It isn't easy to help in the first place. (Maybe it's a guy thing.)
Dr. Nguyen was absolutely remarkable! It wasn't simply his understanding, patience and profound empathy. He actually had an aura that gently expressed, "Relax. I'm here to help you get better." Then, there was that smile!
It's reasonable to expect such satisfying accommodation by any of the devoted PrestoDoctor physicians. Still, I feel particularly fortunate I reached Dr. Nguyen. In essence, he delivered hope. That was a comforting surprise. I'm grateful.
