It was good but these emails asking for reviews were pushy afterward

I renewed my card and it could not of been easier. I had the same doctor and again it could not of been easier. 10/10! Only way it could be easier would be for home in person visits but since it's done online through a webcam then I guess it can't get any easier. Again best service ever!

The doctor was thorough with his consultation and I was very happy to have him work with me and help me with my pain management. I believe 3 is average I can't say it's outstanding because I needed a Nevada Card not a California card and authorization and you sent me a Calif which I can't use in my state with my Nevada ID.

Hi Denise, any reason for the 3-star review, or anything we could improve? We always aim for 5-star reviews, thanks!
