Evaluation was very easy. Filling out the questionnaire was not complicated. Their Doctor was friendly, went through my medical record with me. it is so nice to do at home without finding someone to drive me to an office somewhere. INCREDIBLE service. I'm telling my friends looking for a renewal ALL about this service!
