I needed to renew a recommendation and wasn't looking forward to the 30-minute drive to a fairly seedy location to talk with a bored person who's simply there to sign forms. The physician was professional (a nice change from the experiences I've had with local 420 recommendation locations), bright, and personable, and we had a pleasant discussion. The PDF recommendation arrived in my email within a minute of the conclusion of our call. Absolutely do recommend this service and will use it again.
