So, I travel from San Diego to Reno for a birthday snowboarding vacation to Lake Tahoe my girlfriend was taking me on! I get to the collective for some medicine, seeing as to how you cannot bring any with you on the plane. Upon my arrival, the gentleman behind the glass wished me a happy birthday, but followed it right after with, "Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your rec expired yesterday. If you really need to medicate, try using presto Doctor! It's fast, easy, and they verify you online or over the phone in minutes after answering some questions, as long as you're still qualified."

I thanked him kindly, and went back at to my car frustrated. Before putting the car in drive to the hotel, I said to myself, "What the heck, let me try it out." VERY GLAD I TRIED THEM OUT!...Needless to say. Regardless, it took me fifteen minutes, I ran in to an issue with finalizing the appointment, and their live chat support was there to help in seconds. NO LIES! I'm serious on that! Within seconds they asked for my phone number, and had the doctor call me via FaceTime to conduct the appointment. The guy was awesome, answered all my questions to the fullest extent after asking all of his, and most of all sent me the verification of my new rec less than five minutes after hanging up. Printed it out at staples, went right back to the collective, and was able to get verified no problems moving forward. They saved my life on vacation, and there was a hard copy rec card with its corresponding paper stamped and gold sealed waiting for me when I arrived back at home. FIVE STAR SERVICE FOR SURE!

Really nice experience!

It was my very first time I have had contact with these nice people. I have yet to go to the actual store to see what is available. Should be a new experience! Will write more later... So far it has been easy and stress free. That is always good! The real test comes when I see if the product is priced right for me! Thanks so much! The times they are a changing...
