Professional and Thorough

I spoke with the MD and he answered ALL of my questions. Very helpful. I have an issue with lower back pain and developed an ulcer taking NSAIDs. After speaking with the MD, he recommended a plan that would help me and not inflame my ulcer. I don't smoke, nor have any interest in it, so he gave me suggestions about **** meds and edibles. Best move I made in a long time.

Can't beat the experience

The entire process took less than an hour, and I didn't need to leave my house. Can't beat that!
Overall the website was super easy to use and their customer service replied to my questions very quickly too.

Excellent timely service and thoroughly helpful!

Oddly enough this was as easy a process as you'd hoped it would be! I set an appointment in the morning for later in the afternoon. I signed in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and my Presto Doctor contacted me over Skype at the prearranged time and we were done within 20 minutes.

They immediately sent over a PDF of my recommendation which enabled me to obtain my medicine that very same evening from a smaller delivery service.

The only issue I did have was finding a delivery service that would accept the PDF copy of my recommendation, but I'm sure I would have had a much easier time of it if I didn't live out in the the middle of nowhere (Ok, San Pedro, CA. isn't the middle of nowhere, but it's not downtown either!). In fact, the Presto Doctor's help chat did their best to find someone who would deliver my medicine on my behalf, but unfortunately I had to find one of my own since I was out of the service area of most of the delivery services they recommended. In fact, this issue is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I would have given them 4 1/2 stars if I'd had the option.

All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this for someone who is disabled and would have a hard time making it to an actual doctor's office or someone who simply wants a little more discretion when obtaining their recommendation.

Best experience I've ever had getting a rec

Gone are the days of waiting in an awkward waiting room in a suspecting neighborhood getting your medical rec. These guys made it so easy for me to renew my rec - literally, within 4 hours of me remembering I need to renew, I got everything done in the comfort of my own home.

I'll be going back to them for all my recs from now on.

I am very appreciative with the doctor. The issues that I did have were, for one, my video wouldn't connect, very stressful and thought I would have payed for nothing. Luckily, the doctor help correct the technical malfunction. My second issue was I payed extra for next day delivery, and it didn't arrive till 5 days later. I was already out of town for work and still have not had the chance to use it.
