If you, like me, are in need of the Medical benefits from cannabis, over the "getting high" segments who also use the products, then you know how impossible it can be at times, to do what previously was a no-brainer. Like the entire process that is our system, here in NV.

Starts with what appears to be a terrific opportunity to use the Net, to renew my card. All goes mostly downhill from there.

Made darn near impossible due to the way the Division of Health manages the process. You'd think that any question one might ask of their staff, would all have the same answer. Regardless of how many of their staff you talk to. Not the case for me.

An example being, "Does the State require a Nevada notary?". "No notary stamps are allowed from another state?". Try as I did, no info exists via the State's site, answering this, very easy kind of question. Prompting the 1st of the 4 total calls I made to obtain the correct answer.

How's it even possible that, 2 staffers said only a NV stamp and 1 didn't know because he was "filling in" for the person that had the answer, confuses me. I asked for a return call, that never occurred. The final call responded with "Any State" stamp is allowed.

Why something so simple, can quickly become impossible, can only be fully appreciated, when you have no advocate to turn to. So ill that, even the slightest of difficulties, each stopping you dead in your tracks.

Here too, at the Dr. appt. request portion of the site, I had questions. Specific to the Physician Statement form. To me anyway, the front end of the process to complete my renewal, seemed straight forward. But, I somehow managed to set it all up, incorrectly.

Honestly can't recall the details, but the way I began the Dr. form process, ended with me needing to make a couple calls to the sites help area, so I could finish it all up. Including me needing to fork over more $$ to correct my errors.

Again, because my memory suffers greatly, due to this disease I fight with daily, can't recall exactly what I did (or didn't) to cause the problems. But I can recall this, upon calling the help area of this Dr. site, I was treated professionally, with just the correct amount of compassion included. The total time on the call, utilizing their Skype type connection, start to finish, could not have been quicker. Couldn't have had a more positive experience. But.... I've not given a 5 star review here because, to this very moment, I sense I might have found a less expensive site, to have completed the Dr. form on. 

Simply put, because I have no ability to re-do the process on this site, I'll never know if the pricing was actually competitive. Just not fair, for me to accuse this company of any sort of bait & switch. Because of this alone, my inability to "prove" I was somehow setup to be upsold, requires I back off of any sort of complaints. Because, as I said, it's only a feeling I had that I could have done better, had I used a competitor.

Addressing the online session with the Dr., total time wasn't more than :10 minutes. Followed by me receiving the signed document, via email, no more than a half hour later.

Bottom line... Pay attention when you begin on the site. If completed correctly, my best guess is you'll be very pleased, against my "mostly" pleased. Most important, yes... Will use their portal, when I must renew again, next year. And, if in a position to recommend this company to another in need like me, heck yea!
