I was in a roll over car accident. My recommendation flew out of my car when the Windows broke. I called to find out about getting a replacement and Kyle with Presto Doctor answered and told me, "normally we charge for a replacement but I'm sure I can work something out on getting the charges waived for you. I will put it in the mail tomorrow with next day shipping." Thank you Kyle and Presto Doctor for your excellent service and waiving my duplicate recommendation charge. It was a tough time for me with the accident and it was nice to have something I didn't have to worry about. 2 days after I called my letter showed up as promised.

I really enjoyed my interaction with the doc. Even though he had a stuffy nose and a bad cold, he managed to smile quite a bit and was able to explain the merits of marijuana in assisting me with my medical issues. He was patient and easy to talk about different side effects. Recommend him and the Presto company in helping patients find a compassionate Doctor.

Convenience vs. Price
While other docs charge less for the exam, I chose PrestoDoctor because of convenience. I see my appointment in the morning and that evening.... And a holiday to boot, I was in a video chat with a PrestoDoctor.
Dr. Knox was very friendly and we discussed each of my symptoms and she gave thoughtful recommendations on which methods to use medical can I ask for my different ailments.
Four days later, my letter and card arrived in my PO Box in discreet packaging.
I'm happy with the service I received and will be back to renew in a year!!

Set the appointment time that worked for me and the doctor. 1 hour later I was was literally video chatting my doctor and presto! My official recommendation was emailed in pdf format promptly. I actually used it later that day with no problems. One week later my physical copies came in the mail. I'll be using prestodocyor exclusively from this point forward.
