I had some trouble completing the application online, so I finally threw in the towel and called their support. Do not hesitate to do this, they are great, walked me right through the process. Excellent with people that do not have a lot of computer knowledge.
The doc was ready to chat at the time of the appointment and was very friendly, asked the right questions, and then offered some welcome advice. My temporary license was emailed while the doc was still online. Three days later the package arrived with my license.
