Extremely helpful and extremely friendly
It was honestly a really good experience
I suffer from anxiety insomnia, and eczema and have been for a few years now and nothing helps nothing and he helped me open a new door of life and actually be able to enjoy it.

Just like any other doctor's appointment, except over video chat.
Dr. Nguyen was professional and friendly, and throughly reviewed my medical history with me. It felt like any other quick doctor's appointment.

Easy and convenient
It was easy to set up an appointment and check my phone to make sure that the streaming technology would work. We began the video call at the appointment time but were having technical difficulties. Dr. Nguyen continued the appointment over the phone and was very thorough and helpful in his recommendation and instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone as an easy, convenient way to receive a medical recommendation.

The ultimate patient/doctor relationship -- truly face to face.
My doctor, Doctor David Nguyen, M.D. was caring and truly compassionate. I would use him if my insurance covered his services.

Excellent care, quick and convenient
I just finished my appointment with PrestoDoctor after a referral from my husband. I was equally impressed with how easy I made my appointment, uploaded my documents and completed my end of the doctor's visit. More so, I was blown away by the personable, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. Most doctors I've seen have very little understanding of my conditions, much less any ability to empathize. I feel heard, helped, and supported. Thank you.

Such a great experience! Fast AND Easy!
Dr. Rachel Knox was so sweet and helpful. She was good at listening and also gave good tips for my diet. This was a fast and easy interview and I was approved right away! She gave me guidance and helped me to learn more about Cannabis and what kinds I should use. I would recommend this to anyone seeking medical benefits from cannabis.

Efficient, compassionate care
Dr. Nguyen was attentive and understanding. He provided education on medical marijuana and was nonjudgmental. The system is super easy to use, though I wish it worked on iPhones!
