Couldn't have been easier
Set an appointment for the following morning. Doctor came on the web cam on-time, and was professional. Took 10-15 minutes. They emailed my authorization (PDF), which I just uploaded to a delivery service's site. Got a delivery the next day. All done in my home on the laptop.

Easy to use, knowledgable and helpful doctors and "chat" employees.
I was able to set up an appointment quickly. Had an issue with my phone because iPhones cannot use their tech to have a video chat, however the chat tech was able to help me and I just face timed with the doctor. The doctor was patient, listened to all my concerns and questions offering helpful advice and information. Received recommendation letter immediately after ending the phone call and the techs helped me find a place that would take the temporary recommendation letter before receiving the one in the mail along with my card only a couple days later.

Dr. Nguyen was very informative during our appointment. He listened and cared about my pain! The process was very easy. It only took about 20 minutes of my day.

Such a convenient service
This service is so amazing. I got my appointment with Doctor Don 20 mins after filling out my questionnaire. He was genuinely interested in my issues and helped me so quickly. Also, so glad I can use my card in Nevada as well as California! I will be renewing next year with the same company! Thank you PrestoDoctor!
