I will be back next year
They were efficient, fast and asked the right questions. We had some audio problems but the doctor called me to complete immediately. They were right on time. They supplied with all the right papers. Thanks for them.

Great experience
The entire experience from beginning to end was so easy, convenient, and comfortable to do. So nice to talk with a doctor being in my own home. Very professional and nice to deal with. From downloading forms and talking with a doctor, I was able to all of it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend their services.

Excellent and professional service
They did not give up on assistance, even when calls were dropped numerous times ( I live in a remote area). They rescheduled me several times for my convience .

Easy, fast, legit.
Presto was a breeze. After filling out all of my application and sending in the required documentation I got an appointment with a very friendly doctor within 24 hours (and it was a weekend!). The doctor showed up on time on Skype and we had a pleasant conversation. After about twenty minutes we were done and everything came very quickly in the mail. I would recommend this to everyone.

Awesome experience
I use Amazon and wonder why people still go to the store and fight crowds and parking. I use presto doctor and once again wonder why anyone would ever leave the privacy of their own home. It's 2016 presto doctor thanks for making the future the present

Easily the BEST patient-doctor experience I have *ever* had
The face-to-face time Doctor Nguyen gave was so helpful. He actually listened to me! I wish all doctors did this... I had a lot of head injuries as a kid, unlucky I guess, and I have seen more than my fair share of doctors, all kinds, over the years. This was the most thorough, comprehensive, helpful exam -- and possibly the longest. He took his time and wasn't rushed. What a change!

Overall a good way to get a cannabis card
I used PrestoDoctor to get a cannabis card. I already had a doctor recommendation but it had expired, and the idea of getting both letter and card over the internet with a skype appointment was really appealing. Dr. Nguyen was great and we had a nice appointment. Loved the convenience. I did run into a problem when I went to a dispensary with the emailed doctor letter from Presto, as it lacked the gold stamp that the dispensary required. I had to wait for the mailed version to arrive, and then go back and show them the stamp. In fact, the emailed letter and the way the phone number is displayed (to take advantage of the 420) makes the letter look suspiciously bogus, and the dispensary warned me I'd probably been ripped off. I wish PrestoDoctor had warned me about this in advance, as it was a big inconvenience and kind of embarrassing, and they didn't say anything about the emailed letter possibly not being accepted. Otherwise, everything was great.

Hi Judy, Sorry to hear that you had a problem with that dispensary! We appreciate you letting us know, as we can't control the arbitrary rules that a dispensary enforces. If you let us know the name of the dispensary, we can give them a call so that this doesn't happen in the future. Please email team@prestodoctor.com and we can help out. We appreciate having you as a customer and if there's anything else we can do to help, let us know! - The PrestoDoctor Team
