I couldn't figure out how to navigate the video had to do over phone call. The portal was the most difficult thing I've ever experienced. In the portal it said I would receive a discount for having Sooner Care but, no discount & had to pay full price. I personally couldn't navigate the portal and had to have 2 techy people help me & they were very frustrated all the way through it. This system really sucks!! And I gave the review a 1 due to not being able to give it a zero.

Smooth and easy as usual. They were a little less knowledgeable than the doctor I had before. Some more info on percentages and ratios would have been welcome When he asked how using marijuana is working for me? I was surprised since I don't think of myself as a user. I use cbd drop or anti-nausea patches. I don't use the flower or smoke or get high. My anti-nausea meds (Zofran) mentally impair me a bit, and taking pills when one is already nauseous is difficult. I have Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis, so more specific info about the types and amounts to help bring down the inflammation would be helpful. He said the dispensary would know but they generally don't know much about true medical use for people who do not want to be high. I would like a truly informed medical consult since this is the difference between me taking biologics (Immunosuppressants) versus a tincture or patch. I was hospitalized for a week last week because of my inability to keep anything down, so my condition is very serious. Rinvoq is causing my White blood cell count to go down too low. I need to find alternatives since I cannot process a full dose.
