I think I talked to the doctor for 2 minutes and the connection was so bad he either ended it or it was dropped. Im sure you can tell on your end which one it was. I do not feel like treated. I feel he was preoccupied and unprepared; not in a spot with a good connection. I did not feel important or heard. I want a full appointment with a good connection. I would like my 10 minutes but no longer with him. I feel slighted and due to my ptsd I do not want to speak with him. Your website says I get a personalized medical treatment plan. What I was given was “12 month of medical Marijuana therapy”. Not sure how that helps me maneuver. My purpose for the card was to get a treatment plan. I already knew I needed the medical marijuana but I don’t know how to take it and I was most definitely not helped. Yes he called after the appointment but this was not a legitimate professional appointment. I’d be happy to remove this review if the situation is remedied. I just want what I paid for.
