This process was SO easy, I had my digital copy of my state issue card in less than 2 hours after my appointment! I have had back issues for over 15 years, and have had severe sciatica on and off for the last 7 months. I was so exhausted of getting my pain dismissed by my doctor. Through excruciating pain that caused sleepless nights of crying, severe depression, and the inability to walk even 5 feet without a cane, I was repeatedly dismissed by my PCP.
