On August 27, 2022, I uploaded my driver’s license, completed the medical questionnaire, and ran the technology test to ensure my computer’s auto & video features were working.
I was assigned an appointment with Cheryl-Lynn Bugailiskis, M.D. for August 28, 2022.
Dr. Bugailiskis was punctual and maintained a professional demeanor during our meeting.
She was very thorough, as she asked questions about my current conditions and medications.
She patiently listened as I told her I had participated in PT exercises, received cortisone injections, taken medications, etc. but was still in pain.
Cheryl-Lynn explained the approval process, informed me that I would be registered in the TX Compassionate Use Registry within 24-48 hours, and advised that I would respond best to an Indica Strain.
I received an email from PrestoDoctor containing several Texas dispensaries, and am in the process of obtaining more information about each of them.
Suffice it to say, I am grateful to my cousin for recommending PrestoDoctor, appreciative that such a program exists, and thankful to have found Cheryl-Lynn Bugailiskis, M.D.
