First off, I tried to pay when I initially got the renewal email. I went to the $45 site. It said $139.99. Had to email someone about that and get to $45. Got the doctor call. All fine. Got an email saying that I would get an email within 24-48. Never came. Emailed about that. Said that they would take care of it. No email. Card expires today. Couldn't use my card. Spent over 10 minutes on the phone while the store closed about some $100 gift card to somewhere that I don't go and automated promotions that I never asked for to pay THE $50 THAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO PAY FOR WEEKS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
