I was met with a doctor other the person I chose. I wasn’t sure she was speaking to me when she appeared on the screen. There was no formal greeting, she seemed very focused but not necessarily on me. Meeting was quick, not terrible but not what I expected. I still have not received any documentation.

The doctor was very punctual. He was kind and made sure I understood thing. The questioning was very to the point. He made me feel comfortable talking to him about this when before the meeting I was a ball of nerves.
