Everything was fine. The appointment took a few minutes, but I had to reach out to customer service to see why my certification was never submitted to the state. Once I reached out, they got in contact with the doctor that did this right away. But for a service that I paid for, I shouldn't have to reach back out almost a week later to ask why I never got the certification from the doctor.
