Four stars only because of the initial problems with the technology. I didn't see any info on the site about possible software incompatibilities and how to avoid them so I'd recommend adding that for future users. So many choices these days makes tech the weak spot. Other than that, the experience with PrestoDoctor was very good.

I made an appointment specifically with Dr. Hightower because he was recommended to me by a family member, and was described as having given very good instruction on how to medicate without the psychoactive effects all the time. Ultimately, I was put with a different doctor with little time to change the appointment. The alternate doctor did recommend me for the application to OMMA, and he did give me a recommended amount of mg to try per day specifying hybrid, but, he then told me I needed to work out the specifics of how to medicate with the (pharmacist) at the dispensary. It took several visits (to a few) dispensaries before I got what seemed expert advice on the subject; point being, I think the actual doctor should be more informative.
Otherwise, it was quick and easy to set an appointment, quick responses on items I needed to submit, the visit was quick, and the OMMA recommendation form also arrived quickly.
