The Dr was ready early even before my scheduled appointment. The process was quick and easy and she answered all my questions. I did have a constant “error “ message on the NYS website. Because I have an IMac. However the NYS phone reps were friendly and quick to correct the errors from their end. I got my temporary card in 2 to 3 days. Money well spent!

Try to follow the process, I’m guessing unsuccessful. When I clicked on a link I lost the instructions and could not get back to them through this site. Save your money very disappointed the process was set up for someone that appears to be very computer literate. I’ll wait till the billing process comes around and ifI don’t have my medical marijuana card I will deny the charges and go somewhere else. That makes the process much more easier to understand and complete.
