The whole process was easy and my doctor was very thorough. It was easy to get an appointment when I needed and I felt very comfortable working with my doctor.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Perhaps he was overwhelmed with work, but the visit did feel somewhat impersonal and not particularly warm, making the interaction feel a bit transactional. That said, he did take the time to ensure all of my concerns were addressed before ending the appointment. Overall, I value the quality of the medical guidance he provided and left the visit feeling well informed.
Separately, the online portal experience felt somewhat clunky. I uploaded a form of identification that was listed as acceptable, but later learned that additional documentation was required, which was not clearly communicated upfront. A more intuitive and transparent process would have made this step smoother.
