The drs need to make sure to add the increased waiver amount if the patient has previously had it. That way you don’t go without your medicine after reapplying in Iowa.

Hi Matthew - Our physicians don't always know how to include an increased waiver unless it is discussed during your appointment. I do apologize that there was a delay in receiving your waiver. Most of that issue was because we were not receiving messages we thought we were because of a server issue.
