I made a appointment the day before Thanksgiving so I somewhat understand the speed which was also late in the evening, I do appreciate the speed but it also came across as cold and a bit unfriendly, for example I wasn't really allowed to ask questions, which I did have one concerning long term use side effects since I have used for 28 years now. Other than that I was pleased enough to be content and return in 2 years when my license expires.

Your employees who send/respond to emails are fantastic! I typically need a little extra help each year and each person who has responded has been really kind and are able to resolve things quickly.
