Dr. Jones was very professional and easy to talk to. This is my first time speaking with a doctor about his and he made me comfortable. It was very much appriciated as I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect.

Everything went well for the appointment and renewal process. However, the email letting me know of my current card expiring indicated that, as a returning customer, I would receive a discount. No discount was ever applied.
