I signed up for a renewal appointment online, which I thought I scheduled for 12 PM but was actually 9 AM. Dr. Andrew Jones was very helpful and called me around 9:05 or 9:10 and walked me through the whole process. I thought that I would have issues since I was running late but the PrestoDoctor team is beyond amazing and very accommodating, I have had nothing but good experiences so far with this service.
