I need a copy of my med card as it accidentally got lost in the cloud when I got a new phone. No one has been able to assist me with this, therefore my renewal has been unsuccessful. I just paid for an appointment to renew my medical card and attended the appointment. Now I can’t finish the application process because I need my medical ID! Which is on med card that I do not have. I need a copy of it.

Doctor could have had a better background without looking like he was still in bed. I got dressed and sat up at a desk for this appointment. He did approve my recommendation, so thank you.
