The process was easy. I was able to choose a convenient time for the video consultation. The Dr. was easy to talk to and the consult took lees than a 1/2 hour.
When I got my ID and met my pharmacist she shared how helpful it was that the doctor wrote the prescription the way he did.
The only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score was that it took a couple of days longer to get the certificate than was promised. All in all it was a great experience.

The doctor was nice friendly and also concerned with other aspects with my health not just what the cannabis could help me with it's nice to have an energetic doctor care more then just the field they are in.

Overall, my experience was quite disappointing on several levels. The doctor was quite late for his appointment (20-25 minutes), and I called several times with no one being able to tell me what was happening. Once he called, he only spent about 15 minutes with me. He often interrupted and summed up what I was saying incorrectly. Even my husband was upset when he read the summary that the doctor wrote - it was inaccurate and not what I described. He obviously wasn't listening very attentively or very present in the interview. He also misdiagnosed me. SIBO is not my issue. When my husband contacted him to ask for a prorated refund, we did not hear back. My husband contacted you again and was told he had to go directly to the doctor. Needless to say, he refused a prorated refund. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and will not be using your company, and I will not be referring my friends and family. My husband is in the Cannabis industry (a Director of Operations at one of the local companies) and we have many friends and family members asking for help with dosing Cannabis for various medical conditions, including his father who has cancer. It is unfortunate that my experience was so disappointing, because we were hoping to be able to refer our friends and family to your company. Had we received some type of prorated refund or some type of apology or someone expressing an interest in our experience, we would be more likely to try again.
