Easy. I would give a 5 star BUT- I renewed early to get my discount. I was not told up front that the 15 days I had left for my mmc to expire would not be included. In other words my renewal would start the day of my appointment not the day my membership expired. I would have waited, had I known.
When I was having my appointment on FaceTime, the doctor told me he thought it was possible, that I needed to ask and they would adjust it. Not so.
