It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment with Presto Doctor. There was some paperwork and uploading of documentation but it was all done online so easy and streamlined. I had an appointment with Dr. Nguyen who was fantastic! He was so incredibly nice and made an awkward (I am not used to video calling) experience really painless. He was very knowledgeable about the medical conditions and medications I already take, and as well about how he felt I could benefit from what he would recommend for me. He made sure I had all my questions answered before we got off the phone, didn't rush me at all, and encouraged me to follow up with Presto Doctor for any new questions that arise. Thoroughly positive experience.
