First I will review the sign-up process. I grabbed an appt 30 minutes in the future, then found out that I had to download my I'd. image and fill out a questionnaire before the appointment. Then I had to change devices and send in the phone number. I goofed that up and then got it right but missed the fact that I had to push a button to start the appointment. Five minutes into the appointment time I figured out that nobody was calling me and I panicked. I eventually made contact with Dr Andrew Jones, but I was flustered.
Dr Jones was very understanding and set me at ease immediately. I calmed down and explained my problem (insomnia) and how I had been dealing with it and why I wanted to get a card. He asked me a few related questions and then said that he would recommend me for a card. He asked if I had any questions for him and that was that. So the technical aspect was difficult but really because I rushed it. The actual video conference was very comfortable, informative and rewarding. I'm very satisfied. Thanks.

I found my doctor to be very easy to talk to, even though I don't trust them as a group, too many years as a nurse.
