If there was a zero star selection, that would be the one I picked. I ordered a cup on April 27, 2017 and to this day August 23, 2017 I still have not received it. I emailed the company and the owner and got no reply from either one. It isn't a big deal it was just $5.79 but if it were more than that I'd be doing some research about the company. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. I would not advise anyone to order from this company because all they will do is take your money.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for my pink glitter tumbler on 4/20/17 and my account was charged, so I know the company received the money. I was told it would take 3-8 weeks to arrive. As of today (8/23/17 - which is almost 18 WEEKS by my count) and I've yet to receive it or any communication from this company until today when an email arrived asking me to write a review.
