This was my first purchase and I bought a $50 Apple iTunes Gift Card. I had two problems: first, I didn't get the redeem code until I contacted customer support (after about 6 hours). When I got the code, I couldn't register it at all (iTunes kept saying that "the card was not properly activated"). I have contacted Apple to try and figure out what happened (if there is a problem with the card itself).
I didn't give it a one-star because when I contacted customer support they were super-fast in answering all my emails. So cheers to that - even thou I spent 50 bucks and I am not sure what will be the outcome of this.

One of the redeem codes displayed the following message : "Oops! Looks like we screwed up somewhere. Please contact support." A redeem code was provided after contacting support yet it could not be redeemed at iTunes as it has not been properly activated. Please provide valid codes right the first time for a better customer experience.
